How to Use

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water at your desired temperature.
2. Place the bath tea sachet directly into the water and allow it to steep for 3–5 minutes, gently squeezing the bag to release the botanicals.
3. Step into the bath and soak for 20–30 minutes, breathing deeply and setting your intention for relaxation, clarity, or renewal.
4. After your bath, remove the sachet and discard or compost the herbal contents.
